Happy Valentine's Day

Kenneth started Valentine's early and sent these wonderful flowers to me. They are a beautiful mix of pink carnations. The florists said, "smart women don't like roses...they don't last as long as carnations." I will take that as a compliment. Then on Valentine's day he worked diligently on finishing the painting in our bathrooom and bedroom even though he hates to paint.

We started our day with a late breakfast of red sprinkled pancakes (Chocolate chip for Kenneth.)

Then we played the whole day together (Daddy was painting) We snuggled on a big pallet on the floor and read books together. Had a visit from Gramps and Gramma and played away the evening. We finished off the day with a great dinner of steak, shrimp, roasted potatoes, green bean casserole and brownies.

I couldn't get Emory to look at the camera. She was more interested in playing with Morgan's ear. Just look at the delight on both their faces!!! Love is abundant.
