Christmas Day

My favorite Christmas deoration!
Grammy made the kids their very own nativity so they can play with the pieces instead of just looking at them on the mantel. Boy, was it played with this Christmas season!
Christmas day started EARLY! We heard the "big 3" talking excitedly in their rooms. We had blocked their doors the night before so that in a fit of excitement they didn't scare the pants off of Santa while he was working. Kenneth sleepily said, "go upstairs and see if you can get them to go back to sleep." UMM, not gonna work! But I went, and we snuggled and talked and read books and brushed teeth and finally we made enough noise that Daddy decided to raise his weary head and start the day.
Kenneth let me pick out the tree this year because I complained about the "bigger is better" philosophy he and Morgan have. One year they had to cut the tree up inside in order to take it down!! This year Kenneth said, "our tree looks like a giant pipe cleaner." I don't think I will be allowed to pick again:)

SANTA CAME!

Morgan finally got the camera he has been asking for it is Star Wars which makes it even better!

Bailey got a teepee and transformers!
A teepee his Mommy can't set up, and the dog loves to creep under and knock down!
Daddy, the hero, is called away from work to fix it frequently!!
Emory got her very own baby and playpen!
Austen's dream come true, a sister for "Christmas" and bunk beds.
Austen named her new doll "Angel."

Happy girl!

crazy boy!

attack of the transformers

Morgan and his dragon bean bag!

Emory joined the party about 2 hours after the big kids started.
She thought sleep was a better option, and never did get into opening presents.
She did like them once they were out of the paper and handed to her.

After presents, and breakfast we took naps and headed off for Grammy and Nandad's house to see the Yeager side of the family.
Who is in there....
Peek a boo

Grammy and Nandad get a quilt made from the kids' baby clothes.
And now a child has the camera.... I really need to keep up with the camera better:)

It must have been Bailey with the camera...no pictures of him!
What a fantastic family and holiday!
