Christmas celebrations

We are blessed with a big and wonderful family and lots of Christmas celebrations.
The first of 4 celebrations occured at Aunt Deb's and Uncle Brian's
a few weeks before Christmas.
10 children 7 and under and we torture them with group pictures
before presents....
next year we will have 12 children 8 and under and we will
probably still torture them....

Gramps and Gramma like to come and watch all the chaos of their
children and grandchildren.
Emory was quite happy to get her "Manda blankie"
and wrapped up right then.

Our next celebration was Christmas Eve at Gramma and Gramps'
We enjoyed some fantastic raviolis before unleashing the children on
Gramma's Christmas tree.
but, of course, we had to sit for a picture first.
Emory really enjoyed presents this year.

Bailey is showing off his cool Army jet.
At the end of our Christmas Eve celebration we changed into special
Christmas jammies and headed home to feed the reindeer, and
set out Santa's cookies and read the Christmas story.
Did "HE" come????

Emory was starting to catch a cold, but it didn't slow her down any.

watching Morgan play the DSi Santa left for him.

let the battles begin
(and boy have they raged)

DJ Austen in the house
(she lost her tooth on Christmas eve and that little tongue just won't stay in her mouth!)

Taylor Swift plays all the time...

Emory loves to groove to her sister's music.
After some really yummy cinnamon buns we packed up the rest of the
presents under the tree and headed to Grammy and Nandad's
to celebrate with the Yeager side of the family.
Granddad had Lobster Tail and Beef Tenderloin...Mmmmm.
The girls are enjoying their new gifts...
a big girl dolly for Emory and a pillowpet for Austen
The boys "save" us all from evil with their
new Super Heroes!
I love this picture of Grammy.
Bailey and Aunt Stephanie share some snuggles.
Bailey remains my ever-snuggly little boy
no matter how big he is getting.
Our last celebration will come in another post as it was the middle of January
before we could get up with Trish and Julie.
We are SO blessed with great friends and family.
These weren't the only things we did to celebrate in Dec.
We also enjoyed a play/musical from Morgan's class,
Christmas around the world,
lots of great music at church, and our regular
traditions of decorating and festivities.
